Our vision become clearer during 2020 as many companies were looking for outsourced staffing solutions and that helped us to grow multifold during a short period of time. We can proudly say that we have more than 300+ employees working for various companies.

What roles can be outsourced to VER?
Essentially any role that requires a computer and internet, and can be done remotely. It opens new dimensions and provided much-needed flexibility in the current macro and micro environment, especially for SMEs.
How long does it take before my team and set up and running?
It can vary depending on the requirement and industry but on average it should take between 4 – 8 weeks, in most cases, it could be done in a couple of weeks.
How does VER hire the candidates?

How am I able to sync with outsourced staff?
Yes, they are flexible and able to work with the business’s requirements, it can either be the business’s normal working hours or any other timings that suit business needs.
How much can I save by outsourcing/offshoring to the VER?
Outsourcing to one of our delivery and operational centers can result in cost savings of up to 70%. This is due to the exceptionally low labour costs when compared to the developed countries e.g. UK, USA, Europe, and Australia.
Here at VER, we offer a monthly fee to help reduce overheads and allow you to focus on scaling and growing your business. The Overheads costs include infrastructure, security, recruitment and training, staff benefits and management, etc.
What are the payments plans?
All monthly payments should be made in advance at the start of service, the client also pays in addition to the first month of service, a one-time notice period deposit. This allows us to bear overhead and operational expenses including office space, IT infrastructure, and overall day-to-day operations.
